Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped via trusted third-party logistics partners.
• We aim to deliver orders within 7-10 days from payment confirmation.
• Deliveries are made between 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
• Shipping and handling charges vary based on product size, weight, and packaging and will be displayed at checkout.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be processed the same day.
• Orders received after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
• No orders are dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Exceptions

• Orders may fail to be delivered due to:
  • Incorrect or incomplete address.
  • Customer unavailability.
  • Closed premises.
• In case of delays due to natural calamities, strikes, or national emergencies, we reserve the right to reschedule delivery.

Reporting Issues

• Any shortages or damages must be reported on the day of delivery via our customer support section.
• Shortages must be noted on the delivery receipt and signed before returning it to the delivery person.
